Licensing of suppliers
With limited resources the implementation steps proposed for this element are:
- Information collection and request for licence by suppliers including identification and substantiation of CBI claims and (optional) fees. Use an (electronic) template for the information.
- Decision on licence, issue of licence and storage of selected information, for example, in a standalone computer or a National Database, if available, for dissemination and use considering CBI aspects.
- Appeal by industry against “no licence” decision.
