The web-based platform supports State Parties of the International Health Regulations (IHR) to fulfil their obligation to report annually to the World Health Assembly (WHA) on the implementation of capacity requirements under these Regulations and to encourage the transparency and mutual accountability between States Parties towards global public health security, under the WHO IHR Monitoring and Evaluation Framework.
