Guidance is available on (i) survey design; (ii) recruitment and fieldwork; (iii) biological material; (iv) data management and analysis; (v) community involvement strategy; and (vi) ethical considerations. An informed consent form, eligibility screening form and a questionnaire for collecting epidemiological information are also included in the protocol.
