The guidelines provide background information on polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) and their effects on human health. They provide guidance information on (i) initial identification of PCB-containing materials; (ii) analytical tests for presence of PCBs; and (iii) storage and disposal. In addition key references are listed.
