Description
The objectives of the Workshop were to: (1) provide a forum for governments, industry and non-governmental organisations to share experiences with non-regulatory initiatives, and (2) provide guidance to the OECD Risk Management Programme on the value and promise of non-regulatory measures. The proceedings contain the papers given during the opening plenary , the final consolidated report, and short summaries of presentations made available during the poster session held the evening of the first day of the Workshop.
