Description
The OECD Manual for the Assessment of Chemicals provides guidance developed for the OECD Cooperative Chemicals Assessment Programme (CoCAP), based on the previous High Production Volume (HPV) Chemicals Programme. The focus of the Cooperative Chemicals Assessment Programme is to derive OECD-wide agreed hazard assessments of chemicals.
Why this tool/guidance?
Chapter 2 of the Manual describes the process of gathering data, and Chapter 3 contains guidance for assessing the quality of the data.
